Harbor village is full and hard to get into, most require RV to be 2008 and newer. Pets are screened by owners approval. Trailer villa is next to it but same rules, too much demand and not enough space. Just call then directly, is best way. Pet rent, I don't know how much. Land lease, I don't know either. I have a friend that lives there, I don't live there.
It is a land lease. You own your home and no absentee ownership is permitted. There is no extra fee for having a pet in your own house.
