The customer service was unfortunately horrible which is why I am giving the place a 1 star. I believe if you are paying a size then you should get the portion at least near the top not halfway of size. Then when you ask why so less you should not feel like the employee is doing you a favor. All I ask is maybe there should be some training on how to fill the side dishes.

This Popeyes franchise is consistently very good and very busy. Great customer service and fresh crispy chicken every 30 minutes or less. Never ever greasy. Nothing sits under the warming light very long! Why bother making it yourself when you've got this place. 4.5 stars.
