Are there mini fridges in the rooms or are they available to request? Is there a microwave and or toaster to use either in the rooms or the lobby?

Yes to everything except the toaster.

Mini frog and microwave in room, toaster in breakfast room.

All Econo lodge's are different as far as appliances in the room is concerned and the variety of food items or lack of at the complementary "continental breakfast" But a mini fridge is pretty standard not so for the microwave or a coffee maker or hair dryer and a steam iron along with a personal room safe.
