The test is free, paid for by the state. If you register your vehicle here to get the sticker right away there is a $10:00 convience fee applied to the total on your registration card. If you are late there is also a $10.00 late fee applied to the amount.

There IS a "Counter Fee" if you Register AND get plates there.
