Yes dogs are allowed on the patio.
I saw a dog on the patio. Get here now Lisa!....it was a puppy though...not sure about adult dogs

There We're No dogs on the patio when I was there in the beginning of May, but the patio is right off the parking lot so you might actually be able to.
