Yes if you have your PC is under warranty you can simply contact geek squad for an appointment to bring it in and have them repair it. Or depending how long ago it was purchased and its within the exchange period simply exchange it for a new one if the problem persist.
You can call to that location and ask to speak to someone in Geek Squad to answer your question
Thx yah I got it on 2018 Dec 25 as a christmas gift and gave it to them to run a diagnostic test on it at geek squad
Have to apologize on this the only thing I've really bought from Best buy was my entertainment system I really don't have much to do with printers I just run off of my iPad it's not the iPad I was mistaken I run my Galaxy tab 3
