All pizza has cheese and then if you have 1 topping you can't have cheese as the 1 topping therefore extra cheese
Really all depends on the place. I know a lot of pizza shops will let you choose extra cheese as a topping. In my experience this is usually when (for example) you are getting a 3 topping pizza for $X.XX. Pizza hut however (especially in their online ordering system) has cheese in it's own separate area with clearly marked prices for extra. Not ALL Domino's will let you use the cheese as a topping but many will. Pizza Hut should be watching here so perhaps your inquiry will bring positive change. #@$&! now I'm hungry and wanting pizza!! 😁
