A month ago ordered a breakfast with pancakes and a breakfast sandwich. Pancakes were not in bag although syrup and butter were. I called complained. Didn't feel like going back because it was a work day for me. They promised me coupons. In 10 days. I called back and desrltiny stared she would send and give her 10 more days. It's been 14 days. I'm still waiting.

The boss seen the drive thru lanes very slow. He took my order and said it was on him. I was very happy

The lobby was "closed" but unlocked, they were taking orders when I walked in. Manager? Came out and told everyone lobby was closed and if they wanted food to go get in the drive thru line, if hadn't ordered already. 15+ customers waiting …

No eating in. Employees are wearing masks and some wear gloves. Some, however, don't wear the mask correctly.
I also believe the cut off time for breakfast items is 10:30, although they have many breakfast items that are available all day.
