I was in there Monday use the first Bay on the left all I could do was rinse my truck because there was no soap and now I see they're charging me $10 pending on my bank account on the cardcard swipe

I had a problem with them last year and I called the number that was posted they gave me a code and I was able to get my car wash.

I had an issue last year and never could find out how to go about getting a refund but I used cash. Denying the charge with your bank is the other option
