Reservation is an absolute must!
I'd reserve. The place is quite quaint & small. Especially on a friday, you don't want to get out seated.
I have showed up before with a group of people without a reservation and the main problem is you don't get all the fancy fixings and sometimes they're out of things that you really wanted
you might want to just to be safe! indoor seating is definitely limited
I would definitely make a reservation. The owner is a pastry chef and she likes to prepare for arrivals before hand. You will enjoy the experience.
I highly recommend reservations. The place is small and stays crowded.
If you want to do high tea, you need a reservation. Otherwise you are banking on there being seats the same way as any other small coffee shop, so I would recommend a reservation.
Definitely!

Is Handicapped Parking available? Is the entrance nearby with no steps, or only a few steps? Thanks.
