I not sure however my my son has a bad peanut allergy so I fairly certain its vegy oil. That or high grade peanut oil.

Delicious oil! Just kidding. I've never had an issue with what they use. Everything is good though! Just make sure to get the frosted orange drink. Nothing like it anywhere!

The Varsity uses canola bran oil to fry. The onion rings contain milk, eggs, wheat gluten, and soy.
