I went there on Saturday and lunch rush and it was a crowded so pad that the line was backed up to the door and wall so and you had to weave and squeeze to get anywhere is it always like that

It is NOT always that busy. I was there today at lunch time and there were about six lines, each 2-3 people deep. My wait was about 3 minutes. However, on weekends it can be a lot busier, especially if there is a ballgame.

I think this is what happens when you try to go eat at a popular place that people like. Try Hardee's if you don't want this to happen again..... 😐

Yep, it's always very busy. However, they have multiple lines, so while it's packed, it moves really quickly.
