Recycle tires by appointment in Cumberland for $3 per tire, no limit to quantity. Rims on tires accepted. To make arrangements call the County Recycling office 301-722-5933 extension 210 Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tires are also accepted at County Refuse sites, in Flintstone, Oldtown, and little Orleans during operating hours. Limit four tires per day per resident.
