I used to like the shoe dept. here but not after I had to return a pair of shoes recently. Apparently they’re not supposed to take returns that are slightly worn because of Covid. In their words: “Because of Covid we can’t take anything that has been worn outside.”.... My husband has a foot condition and he only had them on for a little bit because he didn’t realize they would hurt him until he wore them. They literally only had a little bit of dust on the bottom of the soles that could have been wiped off. Nothing else was wrong with the shoes. And apparently they need to do their research on how Covid works. So they did take the shoes back “this one time” and then they took my husbands drivers license so they could put us on a list of people that can’t return anything. So needless to say I’m never coming to this location again. I’m going out of town or ordering online.
