I believe that for holidays they have a special menu and it is a buffet style. You have to make reservations when that's the case.
Good question. Depends. Normally the place is frequently rented out as a venue by businesses or groups. You can always stop thru and get a good meal but so close to a holiday i would play it safe and call to see if its being booked up right now.
