I am trying to talk to a human being at your store. Could someone please tell me what the heck I have to do? I called the store, it won't give me any option to speak to a human, I've been trying for half an hour!

I know personally that lots got terminated but not sure if replaced. I get tired of calling there and getting machines.

Best thing to do is go to the store. They don't connect you to the store anymore.
