Is the permit is good for everyone in the SxS. Or is there an extra charge for more than one passenger

I think only permit holder should operate vehicle but things may have changed where as long as permit holder is in the vehicle some1 else can drive but I'd check with a twra ranger or get on royal blue ranger's Facebook page some1 there may can give u the proper rules regarding permit holder being in vehicle with someone else driving ! safe travels out there when you go theres many places if you go off track you could end up down a steep embankment or straight dropoff

Permit is good for all passengers. It is per SxS, not person. Have fun.
