I would definetly complain to the general manager as someone is lacking the training or just doesnt care about food safety. Depending on how far you want to go with it you could contact the local health department

The owners name is clearly posted on both windows at the drive thru and on the doors but thats who i would call john ferris is his name but if u go back by there get the phone number and call him and keep ur reciept the health dept maybe isnt the right place to contact i eat there alot and they r really fast but at 1 am there is absolutely no reason for anyone to be served a raw burger first call the store and if that dont satisfy u call john ferris i believe the store will take of the situation without having to contact the owner
