Who do i complain to other then the store itself about their service

If you put a complaint online the higher ups usually see it unless its something small like "i asked for my fries fresh and they were not fresh"

There is always a contact number on or near the drive thru window to report issues

The main office is in Clinton. The address and phone # are posted in the drive-thru window.

You can find out who actually owns the franchise on that particular resturant. A lot of them have pictures of the owners and/or their name and contact information on the wall inside the dining area. Hope this helps.
