Not unless you get there super early but the point is to eat while you watch.
Yes, there is usually time to do so...
As stated above, the 30 minutes prior to the movie allows time to receive your food. Yet since everything is delivered at the same time, you (more than likely) will still be eating once the movie begins. Also for people who arrive at "last call" which is 5 minutes before they stop serving in the theater, guest still have the option of ordering food and bringing into the theater at anytime. Orders are taken at the bar and the guest will need to bring in themselves.
You go 30mins prior to the movie start, order the food. Food is definitely served before the preview starts but you will not have time to finish the meal before the movie starts.
Generally not for an actual meal, especially if you're in the back.
Seating for the movie is 30 minutes in advance. If you are sitting in the lower rows you will normally order food first. If you ordered something small and are a fast eater you could finish before the previews are done. Kara is right they rarely come back through and take plates. The arm on your seat does rotate to the side so the plates aren't in your way.
No. I believe you can go into the theater about 10 minutes before show time, and you have until the previews to order food. They will announce last call for food and drink.
No. But you do have to order before the movie. Our food was always brought out before the movie and had time to finish if we wanted, but plates weren't cleared until after the movie.
