Normally only 21 and up are permitted due to the bar and "spirits" that are sold. As stated, only during special events, advertising, or when kid friendly movies are being presented. Hope this helps...
They now allow children with adults for most movies before 6:00 PM. It will specify on fandango or their website when you go to purchase tickets.
