The same as pretty much everywhere. People wearing masks properly and improperly or not at all. Markings to stand six feet apart.
Honestly I did not see many people here without a mask. Social distancing is practiced in most stores. There are lines to maintain the amount of people in almost every store. As for JCPenney itself, I only walked through. It was not overly crowded. I am very cautious, as both my seven yr old daughter and myself have compromised immune systems. I was really worried pulling up to the mall, because it seemed very crowded. I can say I feel safe enough to return with the safety measures I saw (at least on this day).
