Wine not heavy liquor.
I don't know which " this store " is. Almost all the safe ways I've ever been to in Washington sale liquor. But not in Oregon. State law.

Oregon controls liquor sold. Only wine and beer allowed at grocery stores. Liquor store by Kenny's IGA on north end of town.
I was looking for a certain brand of alcohol and was surprised to find that they sell a very limited selection of alcohol. No hard alcohol at all. They have different types of beers and wines and champagne. They had a few Smirnoff drinks and Mike's hard lemonade and teas.
Not 'spirits' in the common sense.
