This place is absolutely horrible. We waited in line for almost an hour and a half to get food. Three people working and they know they have the inside shut down and that people during the pandemic is kept the drive through going full blast. So why 3

I've been here twice this month, waited 10 -12 minutes food was hot & fresh.

It happens and evenings can be the worst Overall when we have visited the food is hot and fresh, however, the second drive through line in my position just adds to the wait time which has increase over the years. One thing that can mitigate wait times is using the app and parking in the marked spots. No wait in line, no hassles ordering and the waits are cut in half. Sorry you had an unpleasant experience, all every9 wants when they visit is hot food, quickly and a break from meal cooking and it's disappointing to receive poor service and cold food.
