they were busy when we got there we gave them our name and they handed us one of those boxes that light up when your table is ready. the host just told us that our table is in that area that she pointed the way that we were suppose to go to sit at a table. the host never took us to our table. after we sat down at our table the section was full for a brief moment it slowed down after a bit. our server came askes us what we wanted to drink. when she came back she asked us if we are ready to order. we order our food. the appetizer came out with our food and it did not come out before our food. my glass of pop was half empty she did not asked me if i wanted a refill. my sons glass was empty and she gave him a refill. and when she gave my daughter her chicken strips and fries we did not see the ranch. my wife asked about the ranch the server got defensive with my wife because we just asked and did not see her put ranch on the table. by the time we got our food there was only about 3 other tables in the section that people were sitting at. my wife had to give me her drink so i had some thing to drink. my wife is not sure if we will be at this location when we go on vacation next year or just go some where else. i even had to wait over 10 minutes to for the server to come pick up what i was paying with. i asked the host if i could pay at the front counter she said no. so the total service service and experience we should of gotten some type of a discount or even an apologize about the service. we also did not see any MGR walking around on the floor to seeing if every thing is ok. this was on July 1st

Service is excellent for a night time cap, clean, great drinks and appetizers. Def need to come back to this one!

Everything we ordered was terrible. The wings were all different sizes and most of them were broken so they were just balls of dough. The Cole slaw was old and spoiled. The macaroni noodles were not done. The bake beans were cold. The kids meal had ten fries and the boneless wings were thin tiny little balls of fried flour. But Heidi our waitress was awesome 😁 otherwise just burn the whole restaurant down.

Always great food at Frickers. Beer is cold wings are hot. I love the BBQ sauce. Best boneless wings out there. Staff was nice today. Lots of TV's to watch. And Keno. Gotta play Keno. Wat better than buffalo wild wings!
