I would say no, I had trouble doing it with a baby on my back, the footing is very smooth and wet if you're in the back of the group for the shorter tour you will be fine but for the longer one I wouldn't risk the 60 stairs on the way out
My 55 yr old husband walks with a cane, has a left numb foot and we did not have too much trouble
I would say no. We did the regular tour and there are some very tight spots. I don't know where the historic tour goes.
There are some tight passages and uneven areas. Now that may have a path that is friendlier to people of needs
They say that it is handicapped accessible and have a differnt path for that. But the norml path that we took would not be a very easy for cane use as i struggled without a cane
