Is there a admission price? How much is it ? And is there free parking somewhere?

I recently went on 10/24/2020 and I paid $21.95 for an adult ticket and $18.95 for a child ticket (plus $5.00 processing fee). Kids under 3 years old were FREE. I paid $7 for parking in the parking deck, but the rate depends on how long you were parked. I was there from around 1:50pm until 5:30pm. It's best to purchase your tickets online because they do use time slots, as mentioned in someone else's answer, for admissions into the garden. If you arrive outside of the time indicated on your ticket, you're still allowed in. NOTE: I NOTICED THAT THE PROCESSING FEE VARIES. WHEN I PURCHASED (1) TICKET, THE FEE WAS $8. WHEN I PURCHASED (2) TICKETS, THE FEE WAS $5. HAVE FUN!!!

Admission proces vary for age group. As of right now they have time slots which you buy a ticket for to allow for social distancing. There is a parking garage, but it is not free.

Parking isn't free. But its cheap.
