Yes it is open they are asking people to social distance when outside in the gardens and wear a face mask when inside buildings/restrooms and when I went a couple of weeks ago the greenhouse was closed but other than that definitely worth going to
It's open. They're doing scheduled entries so they can control the amount of people in the garden at a time. Facemasks are required as well.
