Like many other restaurant and fast food chains their prices differ slightly depending on the franchisee. I think CiCi's usually ranges from $5.29-$5.99 for the buffet only, the drink and wings are extra.

I am not sure. Perhaps because the price of their buffet changes from time to time. You may need to call Cici's before you go to find out the prices. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
