So how do I book a horse and buggy ride from the wheel

As soon as we got off the wheel and walked out the gate they all started yelling at us to take a ride! Right across the street from the wheel. Hope that helps!

I am not aware of a horse and buggy ride at or near the wheel. If you make it to Chattanooga there is more than one downtown. Hope this helps.
