I lost my Arizona license but want to get a GA license. What documents do I need to bring to show proof that I do in fact have a valid AZ license?

Hi Joey, not true from Koralyz X. All you'll need is your birth certificate and proof of residence. Yes the staff can be a bit unprofessional but getting a needed document is worth the wait and small frustration. All the best moving forward.

Proof you stay in GA . birth certificate or a bill in your name at the residence you stay

All that is necessary is an official Birth Certificate with a State Seal of authentication, a photo ID Card or any document which can verify Your residency address.

U need ur vehicle driving record from AZ. Please be careful at this place there customer service is very bad. Took over 6months for me to transfer my license and I was called very horrible and racist names

thank you all for your input. I have my birth certificate, SS card and passport if needed and will try to get a printout of my AZ driving record just in case since I lost my drivers license. What proof of residence would I need from AZ? Voter registration maybe?
