It has been several 1-mo since I left a message for, and emailed James/General Manager of the Memorial Dr. location.
Is it customary company standard for your General Manager to ignore a disgruntled customer of over 10+ years?

Not sure, but my experience there will dissuade me from ever returning. They don't support veterans.
