A Frappuccino is actually not an iced beverage. It’s a blended beverage!
Did you bring it up to the barista? Perhaps soneone else had your name and the orders were mixed up. If it has happened multiple times, make sure to politely mention it. Also, the last time I went to that Starbucks location, the workers were in training (so there was a higher chance of mistakes made as a newbie). All in all, I'd say give them another shot 😊
