This location is usually pretty on top of orders compared to the other ones down town. I feel it’s also important to mention this location is one of the few that also have the rebel “slushee” machine. That’s a huge plus for me, I don’t enjoy the hand blended rebels I find them to be inconsistent.

Low key pretty f’ed up that you need the STUPID APP to do your birthday drink. Not everyone has a phone capable of downloading apps. The woman at the window apologized, but would not take my ID or help to make the situation better. Ya’ll used to be my favorite birthday stop, but now that I know I can get my birthday drink from my locally owner coffee shop without an app that’ll be my new go to spot.

Consistent quick friendly espresso, smoothies, energy drinks, snacks etc. Digital punch cards and birthday drinks on the house. Large lattes automatically quad shots and flavor is free. Many locations, drive thru and walk up service, but they need a South Eugene location.

Love this Dutch Bros location because its so close to my work and is super convenient. The staff are super friendly all the time, I dont think i have ever has a negative encounter. Although Starbucks is my preferred coffee place, Dutch Bros prices are incomparable. My only complaint is how difficult it is at times to get out because of the way their drive through is designed.
