Saint Marc is a great option and they have lots of TV's. They are located on level 1 nearest to santa Monica Blvd/toscanova.

There are several restaurants in the mall itself. Rocksugar PanAsian Kitchen is one. However, the parking, location, and sheer size of the entire mall might be deterrents.
