The newer Type 8 cars have lowered floors. I believe they have a button near the door to call for assistance when needed. The older cars they have some sort of a lift system so no matter what rolls in you should be all set. Most consists these days have a type 8 hooked to a type 7 so you should be all set.

Yes, there is a ramp up to the station, and one of the cars is always wheelchair accessible
