Although I personally don't need a storage unit at this time. But I went with my brother. I was very impressed with staff. She was very helpful in any way she could, as well as being funny and making the whole venture informative as well as lessing the stress of the day.. Thank you extra space.

Excellent customer service. Drago is so helpful and polite and dedicated to his job. I am lucky to have found such a nice place with such good customer service. It feels like a home for my belongings. I have had other storage experiences that are so horrible. This is the complete opposite!! 12 stars out of 10!!!

I had a very pleasant experience in the Newton extra storage space with the manager Drago. He was very understanding and very accommodating about needing to downsize a unit and is blaming the prices and how storage facility worked. I would definitely recommend that you use this storage facility for any of your storage needs. Drago is very nice and will help you out tremendously.
