I would imagine they have a battery display with the most common types of batteries which include common watch batteries. If you're looking for a professional or a watch service place to change one out for you, then no, safeway is not the place. But depending on the battery type, Safeway will most likely carry the battery if Duracell or Energizer makes that specific battery type. Do you know what size battery you need by chance?
