Eh, so-so service here. When I need to print something in color, I usually use the self-service print from email option at the Staples store. You are allowed to preview your item before printing, but this time I discovered it's not an accurate preview as it doesn't show the actual size it will print on the page. At home, my flyer printed as a full page, but in the store, it printed much smaller. Despite my pointing out that the preview is very misleading, I was stuck paying for the prints because I had "approved" it. Learned my lesson, I won't be using this service again...

I come here for the scanning and printing services. They work well enough, but it's frustrating that the workers do not understand how to share scanned documents via cloud. I had to get a file on a USB drive to upload and email it to my brother in Nigeria, the workers here were incapable of figuring out how to send it directly.
