Medical supply stores and some pharmacies will have them. I got my mothers at a Walgreens. Price was a little high. Also try the Offer Up app. I've had great luck there. Good luck and be sure to check the Walmart website if you want to order one.
I dont really know that. Youl have to go where they sale wheel chairs equipment for people with disabilities is all i can say to help.
