I purchased for my son a CYBER POWER I7-11700F GEFORCE RTX 3060TI PC and I am very happy with the purchase so far. It started off a bit shaky. It overheated and blue screened a few times. With this system you only need to UPGRADE the cooler fan with a better one. This will prevent the PC from overheating and causing shut downs while gaming. Invert the two front fans to blow air in not out like it comes. And now the system is performing great. I'm so happy I replaced the CPU fan with a FREEZER 34 ESPORT DUO now were playing games comfortably.

Always a delight to shop at this Best Buy. I have bought tons of home appliances, electronics and other items from here, experience has always been great. I am not sure why this has such bad reviews. Customer service is excellent, there is always someone to help any time. Today I requested a price match from Amazon and they did that in the next 2 mins. Total hassle free place to shop! Plenty parking available at the complex.

I’ve always had very positive experience here. The staff is very helpful, especially the manager Praneel. He’s able to help resolve any issues I’ve had. They offer total tech membership which is absolutely worth it if you’re in the market to upgrade electronics at home. Overall great customer service which is rare from retail stores these days.
