How can this McDonald's in Cadiz, Ohio terminate someone that was very sick with a cold. I am not sure if anyone would want their food coughed, sneezed and everything else all over their food.

I'd take things to control the symptoms instead of missing work. The common cold last 7 days, I'd never miss that. Washing and wearing gloves is a must.

I would hope they wouldn't terminate the person but send them home until they were over their cold. Everyone gets sick at some point in time, you just have to stay home and get well, especially if you are working with food.
