I love the one in Pelham they are nice workers is the nasty people who want some one to clean up after them. Those people at Pelham clean
It's a really busy panera. Honestly wiping up after yourself after a salad, pastry, and coffee not too unsanitary to eat after someone. I usually spend about $26 which is really of no measure. I traveled a lot for work this lab the busiest and friendlest panera I have seen in the country. They tend to be dirty. But comparatively think they people are super friendly and it's obvious they actually working. I think it's a great study spot. They could work on the tables a little, but if I have to wait for my salad so someone can clean another tables I'd rather just clean my own table it's just crumbs. Maybe my expectation is too low...most paneras in America you don't get served. You have to pick up your meal at the counter. I'm not expecting a restaurant. This place is great in my opinion
Pelham panera is great. Workers are always very nice and always ask you if you need anything else. They don't work directly on tips, so they don't have that in mind so to speak. In the past year I went there twice a week on average and never had a bad experience. I'm sure that if there's an occasional dirty table, you can ask one of the servers and they'll clean it immediately for you, with a smile.
The tables at the Pelham Manor can be a bit 'crummy' but what is not right is, this is a restaurant, not a library. People are taking up valuable seating working on laptops as they drink their one coffee. People arrive, hungry and can't find a seat so they leave angry. The place is packed and busy enough without inconsiderate people taking up booths. There are smaller tables which seat 2, in the front which should be the first used by these people but instead, they grab the larger 4 seater booths. And God forbid you ask to sit down and s g are space with one of them, because they get nasty. Perhaps Panera, if they want to cater to these people, should install a long shelf like table in the back along one wall designated just for the laptop users.
The one in CO OP is worse. Very gangsta. The one in Pelham is so so. Whenever you have lazy workers it goes and in hand.
I blame the nasty people who eat there.
Which Panera?. I would give them a rating on Google on foursquare, and mention this. I go to the one on 86th st NYC or the one by the Bj shopping center in Pelham they are usually clean. But I also have noticed that they seat people to quick and don't check to see if the table has been cleaned. I would ask to speak to the manager of the one you go to and state your complaint
