Bowers photo in Reading is one of the few remaining FULL service photo stores. They do all kinds of prints and conversions. Ask for Sarah! I had old films and photos redone there Great work!
You can scan photos to print out, or from your phone, sd card and possibly from a flash drive. I'm not sure that they will transfer scanned photos onto a flash drive though. You can always just call and find out, they open at 9a.m.
