By looking up the store contact information you filled out for and calling that number and ask to speak with the hiring manager or any manager and they will let you know from there.

How I let the manager know I completed it
Some places offer paper applications but that's only if they have some left. Your best bet is to go online and then let a manager know you've completed the application 👍
