Yes but its best to go during the day when the bar is less crowded. Also there is coloring and fun kid friendly meals.

The back area is perfect for kids when / if bar area isnt ideal for you. They have high chairs and coloring books with crayons as well as kid cups with lids and a kids menu. Very kid friendly staff as well.
I guess it more depends upon what time you go. The later in the evening, the more of a "bar crowd" you may run into. But they certainly have dishes that would be fine for kids.
