You can use a stroller pretty much anywhere but on the cavern tour. It's underground and has lots of steps and some very narrow spots to pass through.
No to the caves,you will have to carry babies and toddlers.

Not in the cave. There are steap steps heading down, and there is no room. The rest of the grounds to walk to yes. I would not suggest bring them into the enclosures, where there are animals.
