I have a disabled friend who has a provider. If my friend has a ticket into the zoo does his provider get in free? (I know they do this at Cosi and was unsure if they do this here as well)

I think you would be better contacting someone at the zoo. But I also think that one ticket is for one person. So I don't think their provider will get in for free.
