If you are already there just go to the front guest services (near the ticket sales). Or, if you noticed this before you got there you can contact the zoo services at 614-724-3489 and explain the lost card. They should be happy to mail you a new one.
If you go the the front guest services they can get you a new card. I think you may have to pay for parking this once though
