We did the zoo one day and Cosi the next. I would recommend Drury Inn and Suites in Dublin.

The Rail is a very nice place to eat and there's plenty of shopping close
Rebol restaurant and right across the street is Sweetwater Coffee. If you're conscientious about what you eat, check out Rebol! I just posted a review and picture. Plan to take the kids to Legoland. May also go to a state park to do some walking, weather permitting.
Honestly that is all we really went to do. It took us 2 days with our 2 year old. The Easton mall is also really nice. We stayed in Dublin. Around Polaris there are alot of great stores as well.
